Spyware and Antivirus scan

OneCare scans each morning at 5 AM. However in addition to the Status screen showing the Green Bar, there is another box with the 3 choices (Full, Quick or Custom) giving me the option to Scan (again). I click on it and it goes away. Is there somewhere in the settings that I can make this second and unnecessary box go away? I have been using OneCare for about 2 years. This is a recent development.

What version of OneCare are you using, Al?
I've never encountered what you're describing.When OneCare scans, the dialog you are describing should remain hidden from view. It should only appear if you execute the scan manually. I suggest contact support. If it is version 2.0 beta, http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=onecarev2 -use the "Get More Help" link in the lower right of the page to contact support via email.
