printer help

15. november 2009 10:32printer quit working and upon trying to reload driver I get a printer communications failure....all cables are attached and USB port is working...where do I go from here....

15. november 2009 14:37Redaktør It wouldn't be a firewall causing this problem. You can check rhis by turning off the firewall to see if your printer will then work.
