        I've tried that. I downloaded the fire wall repair tool. It said it removed some stuff. I restarted my computer. Now it still wont work, and it wont fix. I dont have the money for subscription right now. Am i going to have to just remove live one and find a new provider that wont block my intitial fire wall just to leave me unportected? At this rate i am never going to get the subscription.

          If you don't already have a subscription, you can't purchase one. OneCare is no longer offered for sale.

          I suggest that you remove OneCare, enable the Windows firewall and consider Microsoft Security Essentials as your free antivirus/antispyware solution.
