Follow this steps Open Windows Live One Care-- Click on CHANGE SETTINGS--Click on Configure Firewall, Verify if you're on Home or Work OR Public Place zone location, click on the advanced button, check on the connections tab the zone locations of the internet connections that is being detected by your computer. It should be setup on Home or Work. If in case it saysa, public place, you need to highlight it and change it to home or work. Once you're done, click on apply then ok. By then, you're zone liocation should be Home or Work.-----
