That's simply what it's related to. For example, if I want to suggest the customization of the Tune-Up feature or always working on idle - it's going to the Tune-Up forum (for 2.0, depending what version you're refering to). If I for example want separate checkboxes for Allow and Block-notices by OneCare's FireWall - it's obviously going in there. Always post in the correct forum section considering which version you're running of OneCare too. If you're running the stable version (1.6), you post in those sections below. If you're running the Beta (2.0), you should post in that section which is here and in the upper part of the main-forum page generally. If the feature you're refering to doesn't have a section (yet), then the General section will probably be where the post should reside. New sections because of more specific topic-organizing are still appearing, so I wouldn't worry about not having the right section available.

thanks for the response, but the reason i ask is because there is two potential places where i could make suggestions, but i don't know which more appropiate.

the first being what you stated (this forum and its respective subforums)

or where i have put up the suggestions before:

is the former or the latter better?

Connect is the formal place for filing suggestions. Here is informal and elicits discussions. Feedback posted here will still make it to the team, but if you can, also file on Connect.
