Locked renewing subscription

    I have had live one care for quite some time, i have 1 more day to update. I have signed in to do the update & I recieve a "note" saying my i.d. is not in the system. what do I do now to be able to continue with live 1 care?

      One Care has reached end of life so subscriptions can no longer be renewed. For malware protection you can use the free Microsoft Security Essentials - http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx
