    I paid feb,2010, says i owe again sept, 2010! Why? Can this be corrected? Please contact me as soon as possible!!!!!  clearly this is a mistake!!!

      You are correct. It is a mistake and it is unlikely that you paid in Feb 2010, too. Windows Live OneCare renewals were disallowed in the Fall of 2009. So, it is likely that your renewal in 2/10 was a free 6 month extension, bringing you to August, 2010. Extensions have now also ceased.
