ERROR 0039-80070001

Hello!
could some one please explain me why do I get this error 0039-80070001 whenver I try to install the Windows Live One care? I tried twice, but I got the same error. What could be done to slove this?
I need help with my computer.

Error 0039 means that the antivirus signatures are failing to install. Are you trying to install the v2 beta or the released version from http://onecare.live.com?
