Unable to use OneCare

  Yeah so when I attempt to do anything like scan for viruses or do a tune-up I get errors saying that there was an unknown error preventing me from doing so.
  
  I have already attempted an uninstall and reinstall.

  I just checked the registry for previous versions of any AV or firewall and was unable to find any traces of anything that may have hindered my install. I also reset my TCP/IP and winsocks to see if that may help
