Help! Why OWA login so slowly?

  I use Exchange 2003 and AD in a same server.
  There is enough hardware for the server.

  The problem is like these:
  When I go to the Exchange OWA page either from inside or outside of the
  network, the page loads fast.

  But after I enter my username and password, I must wait about 120 seconds to see the OWA web page.

  After that the OWA is fast in what ever you do. 

  If I log out and then back in it is fast, I can immediately back into the inbox & messages.

  Can someone help me? How can I fix this problem?
