Locked User State and program Migration

User State Migration could be a good idea later on when a user would like to move from one PC (the older PC) to another (the new PC).  I have done this many times at work using USMT and it is not for the faint at heart.  The more known tool is F.A.S.T (File And Settings Transfer) wizard.  If there could be a tool implemented to do this it would be great.

I know that Microsoft had a test tool that could move programs as well but only if it was directly connected between to PCs (i.e. a crossover cable or a USB cable).  If that program could be incorporated, it would help the Sams' of the world happier when a new PC is brought in to replace an older one, by a family member.

    Just some thoughts,

I believe the tool included with Vista is much better than the old FAST tool.  Perhaps you can look at that?
