    about 18 months ago I purchased autocollage, since then I have had to reinstall windows 7 when I came to re-register autocollage I realised that the e-mail with the product key had been deleted, signing into microsoft to retrieve my key is no good at all because they use windows live ID  and at that time i didnt have one any ideas would be great .also my e-mail has changed when i change ISP.......

    Call 877-696-7786 press option 3.  I just did mine today and now we are good.  Need your date of transaction, your email
