IIM filter blocking url when HTTP allowed...

  Hi all,
  
  I have a strange one, the Edge server Intellegent IM filter component has been amended from default to allow HTTP and HTTPS, most HTTP addresses work except this:

  I've also taken out blocking of files .asp just in case that was the cause but no go.
  
  If you take off the /topic.as..... it will get through okay.
