Can not start service RTCSVR

  Help me please !

  During installation OCS 2007 R2 success passed all previous steps with success logs.
  On step to start services of Office Communications Server Front-End, Office Communications Server Telephony Conferencing, and other services ..below:

  As I metion above, I installed AD, DNS, IIS, and OCS 2007 standard R2 in only one Physical server.
