Afternoon all,
We are working on a CRM 2011 solution for our company I have been testing workflows and Leads. I have a few test Leads created purely for the development side of things.
I don't want the test Leads to be included in the CRMs "Sales Pipeline" or "Leads by Source Campaign", actually i don't want the data in the test Leads to be recorded what so ever.
Should i simply delete the Leads or should I Disqualify, then delete the Leads, so the records are completely removed?
cheers,
Fult.

Deleting the records would probably be the way to go if they were strictly used for testing. Saving them wouldn't really serve any historical benefit. Disqualifying then deleting would have the same effect in the end.Jason Lattimer

Hi JLattimer,
So if I deleted the test Leads, are you 100% certain there would be no residual associated data remaining such as Lead Source information?
thanks,
Fulton.
