CRM2011 ADFS/IFD - Excel Dynamic data access failed

Hi,
we configured our crm 2011 deployment for ADFS an IFD (followed this guide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZD5qaa-G99E) an the data access of an exported dynamic excel sheet failed. Does anybody knows more about the problem or about a possible solution?

We´ve tested a little bit and recognized that the access works for the "internal-url" but not if we access crm by the external url.
