Windows 7 not genuine problem -- 5-year old computer

About 5 years ago I bought an HP dv6-1259dx notebook with Windows Vista on it that included an update to Windows 7 when it came out. I got the update and installed it in December 2009. It has worked fine ever since.
Yesterday, I got the pop-up saying that the copy of windows was suddenly not genuine. From the MGADiag output it's apparent that there are some file corruption issues that I'm at a loss as to how to fix. I would rather not have to wipe the hard disk and to a clean install. In fact, I'm not sure I could do a reinstall from the upgrade media I have.
Here's the data:
Product sticker on computer: Windows Vista Home Premium OEMAct HP
Product sticker on upgrade CD: Win Vista HmPrm - Win 7 HmPrm UPG Fulfill HP
MGADiag output:

The problem lies with the file integrity. This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Driverstry downloading and installing them from here -Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

It shouldn't be complaining any more - there's nothing amiss in the report..
Have you rebooted?

Sonntag, 6. Mai 2012 18:50Yes. Rebooted twice. The "not genuine" dialog box came up after a few minutes on the 2nd reboot. Not sure if it would have come up the first time as I did not wait more than a couple of minutes. I'll reboot again and see what happens. :)
