Virus and Spyware dialogue box blocks access to manager quarantine files

Dienstag, 13. April 2010 09:03When I try to access the quarantine manager a pop up box (dialogue box) says spyware /virus protection service has encountered a problem. That, in turn, blocks my access to the Quarantine manager so that I cannot delete the quarantined files.
