Freitag, 30. Juli 2010 00:31So I tried to start Itunes last night and it wouldn't open, while trying to figure out Itunes I was prompted by windows live onecare that it has stopped working due to certificate being corrupt and to click below for help which I did and I did all the steps it told me to do. It didn't fix the problem. The more I tried to figure it out the more I realized how much was messed up on my computer. System restore doesn't work, everything I try just stalls. I tried putting the windows live onecare disc in and when reading it stalled. I tried scanning the computer for viruses and it stalled, i tried deleting Itunes, windows live onecare and other things and everything would stall. I can't delete anything and I can't download anything. I can't scan for viruses. Anyone have any suggestions?

Freitag, 30. Juli 2010 01:28Thank you for the possible solution however, I can't remove Windows Live OneCare nor can I perform a system restore. Every process I do starts but never completes.
