Locked error while trying to down load one care

    I can not down load any updates nor can I add one care. error code is 0033-80040397 what do I do?

      The 0033 error is a net framework issue. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the installation issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912968/en-us
