Locked auto renual

    why when one care said renewal was automatic as long as billing info was the same ( in other words, I still have the credit card I used last year.)  it now pops up with a screen that says "monthly report" and is telling me I only get
    another 6 months? I hope I didn't get charged for a year! And also whats with the monthly report? I never got one before.

        You can turn off the display of that report, if desired. Open OneCare, click Change Settings. Logging, uncheck "display monthly report automatically."
