    If I have a task with 50 predecessors, how can I identify the binding constraint (the predecessor that holds the task out the latest....)? (I only use "As Soon As Possible", so there are no non-predecessor constraints....)

    Hi Jim,

    The Best Way is to click on Inspect Button after selecting the task, this will show the task(s) (among all predecessors) which is (are) affecting the Start Date. Check for task "m" in yellow, it has many linkages but in Task Inspector affecting predecessor turns out to be Task ID 2.
