Apologize in advance for being a newbie to Project Reporting, but how do you create a report showing this hierarchy:
Month 1
Resource Name
Tasks assigned to this resource for Month 1
- Repeats for each Resource name assigned tasks in Month 1
Repeats above sequence for remaining Months that have tasks (Months n)
Thanks!

aww91 --Open a project and then click the Project tab to display the Project ribbon. In the Report section of the Ribbon, click the Reportsbutton. In the Reports dialog, double-click the Assignments button. Select the Who Does What When report and then click the Editbutton. In the Resource Report dialog, click the Period pick list and select the Months item. Click the OK button and thendouble-click the Who Does What report to see a Print Preview of the report. I believe this report will totally meet your reportingrequirements. Hope this helps.Dale A. Howard [MVP]

aww91,
Take a look at the Resource Usage view. It's not exactly like your format but it's probably as close as you can get short of exporting Project data to another app (e.g. Excel) where you can format it exactly as you want.
You could also take a look at the built-in reports found under Project/Reports/Reports (Project 2010). The Assignments category of reports has a to-do list and a who does what when.
