How remove a ribbon tab?

An unwelcome ribbon tab (FedEx Kinko's) is present. I did not add this, so I assume it was added during the installation process. In any case, how do I delete it? I have followed the procedure documented in the Help system. I can delete the indented row immediately below the FedEx Kinko's. But the Remove is unavailable when I select the ribbon row.
How do I remove this ribbon - short of uninstalling/installing Project.
