Unanswered Setting CallingDevice for outbound calls

    I'm setting the CallingDevice property of my MakeCall control within my code.  However, when I receive the call, the caller ID displayed is the main number for our PBX, not the number I set in my code.  Is it safe to assume that the TIM doesn't support this functionality or is there something I can configure to make this work?

    It should work.

     

    Check the PBX configuration as it may be configured to always send the number you are seeing instead of passing on the number you set it CallingDevice.

    I have discovered that our PBX will not support this functionality.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Marshall!
