xbox kinect and windows phone video chat

I have been watching the Xbox companion app and I'm super excited! One thing I didn't see but have been talking about with my wife, is how cool would it be to video chat through Kinect with windows phone? Or even voice chat across the two? I look forward to more integration and communication in the future!
Ps- would also be amazing to que downloads for my Xbox from my phone (dlc's, games, updates, etc)
