Locked Unable to execute *.cmd / *.exe for PP3

    I am remoting in to my home server and trying to install Power Pack 3, but when I try and execute the CMD or EXE file, I get a message indicating that I do not have sufficient priviledges.   I have tried with the administrator account and have used others, checked permissions but still to no avaial.   Any advice?

      Can we have the exact text of the error message, please?
      I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

        Is the Power Pack setup file stored locally on the server or accessed from a network share? Try to copy it to the desktop before executing.
        If it is already stored locally, right click and select Properties in context menu. If you find a button like Unblock, click it and try again.
