Unanswered Booting from the Restore CD is failing

    A laptop of mine (Dell Inspiron) had to be sent into Dell for repairs, though before I sent it in I made sure a good backup was made via WHS. When the machine came back from Dell Support with I new hard drive I tried to restore the machine using the Home Computer Restore CD.

    The boot process starts and it displays the network card type and MAC address. Then the text DHCP appears with a rotating bar and several periods. After about 8 periods a message about 'PXE Exits' appears and the machine boot into Windows.

    What are my options?

    I missed another message, the final message before windows starts is:

    PXE No Boot Filename Received.
