    I have a bit of a strange situation. I have WHS set up to serve movies from shares, and these shares are replicated on WHS. I did a cleanup yesterday, deleting perhaps 40 movies. When I check my shares this morning, they had magically re-appeared! The shares are accessed by 2 other PCs running XBMC. Is it possible that the XBMC clients are somehow 'forcing' WHS to restore the files?

    Is there an easy way to delete a folder and ensure that it is permanently deleted?

    Hi,

    the server itself will not recreate any deleted stuff.

    Do you have any synchronization software installed on one of the clients?

    I do not use XBMC and therefore cannot say, if it has synchronization features and if so, if you have toggled them.
