Who is scared of porting their code to 64 bits, or running their 32bit code on a 64bit cluster, and why?

  I've heard from various people that there is some resistance to moving code to 64 bit, and resistance to running 32bit code on 64 bit machines. Can those of you who are reluctant to do this please let me know what your concerns are?
