error "MainEngineThread is returning 1603" while installing HPC 2008..

  need your urgent help..

   

  I am getting below in error log file while trying to install HPC 2008 express pack. this is my first cluster node and trying to setup HPC on top of windows 2008 R2 Ent SP1 .
