    When I run WebUI I see the message:

    "An error occurred while processing your last request. Please try again or contact Zentity administrator."

     

    So what should I do?

    Also pivot viewer doesn't work.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please open the web.config file for the Visual Explorer website. You may open it through the inetmgr, right click the Visual Explorer and select Explore or directly browsing to the path C:\Program Files\Zentity\ZentityWebSite\VisualExplorer. Open the Web.config file. Uncomment the following three line in the Web.config file and Save..

     <mimeMap fileExtension=".dzc" mimeType="text/xml" />
    <mimeMap fileExtension=".cxml" mimeType="text/xml" />
    <mimeMap fileExtension=".dzi" mimeType="text/xml" />

    Also enable Windows authentication on this  website.

    Thank you for the answer.

    I followed these steps:

    • Enabled IIS option. Windows authentification.
    • Uncommented lines. [Comment: I found them in Zentity.Web.UI.Explorer folder in web.config. Zentity.VisualExplorer doesn't contain web.config file].

    After that I got an error page. But after refreshing the page I found the same first error "An error occured while ...".

    P.s.: There more than 600 warnings and 40 messages. Messages are started form: "Could not find schema information for the element".

    I set up the Zentity.Web.UI project as start up.

    When I run the project admin page works in a proper way.

    p.s.: but shortcut to admin page in program files ref to page with this error. Anyway I lucky to have one oppotunity to work with Zentity.
