Locked Presence information not being refreshed in a terminal session in Powerfuse shell

    I'm experiencing the following issue;

    When connecting thru an RDP session with a Windows Server 2003 (SP2) terminal server with RES Powerfuse shell (http://www.res.eu/page.aspx?id=9&l=EN) the presence information is not automatically refreshed.

    When being away for some time from the computer, the status does change to Away, but when I start working in the session again, my status stays Away. Even when I start an IM with another person.

    Bug maybe?

    Let me know if you need more info.

    Does everything work fine without using TS and without using this third-party program? My guess is that this program is some how interferring. Without knowing anything about this program, I don't know how to help.

    Can you let us know the status of your issue? Have you tried performing other tests to try and narrow down the cause?

    In a 'normal' TS session it works fine.

    This has to be a bug with TS, we have 30 users on our TS and its always displaying the wrong presence ICON.

    Bottom line is communicator is not supported in TS, this came from Mircosoft!

    Next version will be supported and maybe working better.

    regards
