Customer remote access to CRM

Hi,
I’m a bit of a newbie with CRM and I’m struggling to find a solution to one of the requests I’ve had.
Basically, we deal with warehouses that control retail stores, the stores themselves will be logging customer service calls, but the warehouse needs access to view open cases for the stores.
Since we have several warehouse customers who have nothing to do with each other, we don’t want them viewing the cases of other warehouse’s stores.
Each warehouse exists on CRM as an account, with all their stores being sub-accounts, is there an easy way to give the warehouse a CRM logon which allows them only to view their own store’s cases? Is this doable without a custom web portal?
Any guidance on this will be deeply appreciated.
Regards,
Adam Astles

No you cant do this without the help of web portal.
And you dont need to worry about it because microsoft has already build a customer portal which will fulfill your requirement.
Please check the following link

I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

Hi Adam,
You can achieve this with permissions and designing security around the requirements. As Mubasher posted you have portal solutions available out there.
if you decide not to use them and want to work around the security, see if the below url helps:

will give you some concepts on security.
Hope it helps.
