    Hi there,

    This morning I had a question coming from a CRM user: is it possible to share a personal view accross different business units?

    Scenario:

    Suppose that we have the following Business Units: BU1 and BU2. In BU1 we have the user X and in BU2 we have the user Y.

    User X creates a personal view, and wants to share it with user Y.

    Is there any way to achieve such an action?

    Yes, that should be simply possible by selecting the User Y that you want to share the view with.

    In Advanced Find go to "Saved views", select the view you want to share, hit "Share" and add the user(s) or teams and select the appropriate level of control you want to give them

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for your reply.

    The problem is that when I want to add the user(s) or teams I want to share the view with, I only see the ones that are in my Business Unit (U1) or in the child Business Units. I don't see the users that are in other Business Units (U2).
