    Hello.

When i am trying to edit the Mail Merge Template (of quote) in the MS WORD.

and when i try to insert a new field in the template i see that there is no actual entities.

    Here is an example:-

On the dynamics CRM i have field:

Check_inm with a title Check in

Check_inh with a title Check in

    --

Now when i open the template in microsoft word and then when i try to insert the mail merge field then i see

    the fields as

    Check_in

    Check_in1

    --

Now my question is how can i recognize that which field is what? and where i can put exactly? its annoying.

Any Help or solution ? Please. Thanks

MS Word is using the title and your titles are both Check in. That´s why you´ll find Check_in and Check_in1.
You should rename one title os it´s clear to the user in which field to put data.

    Hey thanks! :)

I was planning to do that. But i thought if there is any solution without changing the titles.

    Well, Thanks :)
