Have a strange one, just upgraded the office crm server through an external company to crm 2011. One lady in the office see's a problem with her folders and is unable to open them displaying a box.
Our exchange server is 2007 but is due for an upgrade this weekend to 2010 to fix a few other problems, has anybody got any ideas?
You haven't provided any information that would help anyone re-create your error. I'm not sure that this is a CRM issue.
Did you completely uninstall CRM 4.0 for Outlook and install CRM 2011 for Outlook? Have you tried the CRM for Outlook troubleshooter?
