Hi,
I have had difficuilty in obtaining a refund on CRM licenses that were paid for in 2006, but never provided. They promised me by email that they would send a cheque, but it has not arrived. Microsoft have agreed to help if it does not arrive in 7 days.
I hope the issue can be resolved, so I have not detailed the issues surrounding the problems, but would be happy to if requested.
Can anyone else share their experiences.
