CRM organization freezes up Outlook

Thursday, 3 May 2012 7:47 PMCRM 2011 Outlook Client seems to lock-up or "freeze" Outlook when entering the CRM organization inside Outlook (CRM is below inboxes on left hand side) and forcing Outlook to become unresponsive and have to close. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and it didn't do anything. Any ideas on a solution? I know I can always use the web client but it's more convienent to work through Outlook (especially if your tracking emails alot).

Hi,
Try updating to the latest rollup (if you have not already done so) for CRM 2011.
Today Rollup 8 is out, but you can try Rollup 7.
The other thing you can try is to repair the whole Microsoft office (even though you have installed outlook again).
