Are you sure your id is a gmail account? It should be a Windows Live ID.
Thanks,
Mike

Could you elaborate a little with your question. What is DataSync? -- if it's a third-party application then the vendor should provide instructions on how to find the parameter you're looking for. Technically, CRM Online is a 'service' provided by thousands of servers in Microsoft's data centers so there is no specific server. The service URL will be something like 'https://[yourorgname].crm.dynamics.com', but I'm not sure if that's what your DataSync app is asking for.
When you log in to your CRM Online organization:
- In the Navigation Pane, click Settings
- In the Customization group, click Customization
- On the Customization page, click Developer Resources
- The Developer Resources page will display most of the commonly requested URLs that CRM Online developers need.
P.S. Mike, a Windows Live ID can be any email address, including a gmail address. Mine uses my corporate email address.

Hi Neil,
Datasync is a software to import Oracle database in MS CRM 2011.
To connect to MS CRM 2011 I've to enter the credentials. So, I've to enter 'CRMSERVERURL' to continue.
Thanks,

I assume the product you are using is Simego Data Sync? http://www.simego.com/Blog/2012/05/Dynamics-CRM-2011-Import-Contacts-and-Accounts
Their blog article shows a screenshot that suggests that the CRM URL is something like: http://yoda:5555. So you should try using the URL for your CRM Online service, which is something like: https://yourorgname.crm.dynamics.com.
If this doesn't work, please contact Simego for support: support@simego.com.
