Dear All,
Today I was looking for the audit trail inside MSCRM 3.0..
Then after a few hours i made an conclusion that the application not allows us to Track and Analyze all changes made to CRM data including contact save, lead conversions, quote deletions, updating of account fields and etc.
What i know is for me to cater all of this, i need to purchase the 3rd party software known as c360. As we know the price is too expensive because the license is goes by per user. So my question is :
1) Did you have any solution for me to track and analyze all changes??
2) The c360 is stable or not?? any buggs?? (For those who have experience using the c360)
Lastly I hope somebody from this forum can share their experience and knowledge.
Regards
Mr Cosmic

Mr. Cosmic,
Its great product and I had used one of client, I would suggest if you ask them for demo first and see your requireements and also check their future version for CRM 4.0 as that was not there till my last chat with them.
Best of Luck.

Below is an example of how you can implement Data Auditing for any entity you want.

I am implementing this technique myself for 2 entities and it works great.
