Proposed Answer 30 day trial of CRM online Outlook client

    When I try to connect the new instance it shows the old instance in CRM. Now I have been handed 3 licenses under new auspices.  I am trying to load up the new instance in Outlook, I get the old trial data.  The trial runs out in two days.

    Hi,

    I suspect you need to run the Outlook configuration wizard again, remove the old organization and add the new one in.

    There will be one option change organization, using that u can change instance.
