Unanswered CRM 3.0 Enable to connect to CRM

    Hello,

    I'm on CRM3.0.
    We baught 2 news servers and we migrated database and CRM.
    1. I installed SQl Server on the new environment.
    2. I installed CRM on the new environment.
        CRm is working fine here...
    3. I created a backup of the database of the old environement then i restored it to the new environment. I got the error message:



    I'm using the same username and pwd...

    How can i fixe this problem ?
    I also checked in the systemuser table on crm database and the user is in and the token is the same as in the AD.

    did you import the organization and can you tell me what option have you used at user mapping step ?
