    In our CRM product when the user is in the payment form and they click the "email a link" button a new email form is created with only the URL to the record.  In all other forms, the subject line and body text are pre-populated.

    Is there something that is hidden that would be causing the subject and body text to be skipped?

    This was not the behavior prior to the 2011 upgrade.
