Error while sending email

When one of our users tries to reply to a mail message. CRM reponds with an error and the reply is gone. I found this trace in our log files:

I don't see any kind of illegal character in this mail.

So you don't have & in the Subject. Try changing the role of the user who is getting this error message. Send email again.
