Help! I've just made some changes to a form in CRM 2011 (Microsoft Hosted), As soon as I Saved/Published the changes, I started getting the following error whenever I pull up a record using that form (or when I try to create a NEW record of that type):
The strange thing is that when I view the form in Edit/Preview mode - it looks fine.
So far I have tried removing each of the following, resaving, and republishing the form. I'm getting the same error no matter what happens:1 - Removed the new field only.
2 - Removed the section containing the new field.
3 - Removed the Tab containing the new field.
4 - Removed everything on the form (except for required fields).
Still getting the 'Record Unavailable' error. I *do* have the original entity XML exported and saved, so I can always reimport that and start over. The only thing I really *can't* do is delete the entity itself and start over, because I can't lose the data it contains.
Any Ideas, anyone?Thanks!

Hi,
On which action exactly do you get that error? You can easily get it when testing an already saved URL which leads to your test record and that record has been deleted.
Can you get this error by just double-clicking a record in grid? Or by opening any record by any method except direct URL?

I don't know what was going on. I just walked away - for a couple hours - and everything sort of "caught up". It appears as though system updates were running *extremely* slowly that particular day. Once everything got caught up, it all worked.
Wierd.
