Why don't I qualify?

   Ok, so why don't I qualify?  Or is there a problem in getting my system recognized?  I bought a ZT system during the promotion period (as described on http://www.ztsystems.com/promotion/vistaBonusPack-office2007.html), with the MS Office 2007 software preloaded.  The offer was an important element in my decision to purchase the ZT system, and I deliberately elected to pay extra to get the model with the Office 2007 package in order to qualify for the Bonus Pack.  My Office 2007 and Windows XP Pro are validated as authentic and Office 2007 is activated.
