    Is there a way to check what code goes to where and how many times its been used because at my office we have like 5 different disks and only a couple product codes and I don't want to instal each and type each one in to see.

        Unfortunately no.  You are suppose to keep the product keys together with the corresponding installation discs.  All you can do now is trial and error installations.
