windows live essentials problems

hello, im having problems re installing Windows Live Essentials 2011 cause apparently, i already have MSN. cause i haven't got a UXCore.dll (apparently).
i didnt like the msn cause it was so complicated so yeah. i deleted EVERYTHING and its still not doing anything
please help?
