Toshiba laptop suddenly gets non-genuine notification with new hard drive (cloned)

  I bought a hybrid HDD for my Toshiba laptop with Win7/64/home premium original OEM installation.  Cloned and replaced it using Macrium Reflect and all seemed fine.  After not using it for a couple of weeks, I'm getting the "non-genuine" notification every time I boot.  This is a clone of the original installation on the original machine with the new hard drive.  Very irritating, as it gives no options other than to buy a new copy.  I still have a family pack with a couple of installations left, but don't want to waste one on what I've already paid for with the laptop.  From the diagnostic report, it looks like it considers the copied files to be tampered, but nothing was done other than the cloning (also this is a hybrid drive, so the drive may shift some files to the flash memory, but I don't see why that should mark them as being tampered with.  Any help appreciated:
